#FOMBPR Executive Director Robert Mujica discuses Puerto Rico's energy transformation: "Congress authorized over $17 billion to stabilize Puerto Rico’s energy system, but only $1.2 billion has been spent. We need to move faster to improve and renew the grid. Every day these funds aren’t deployed is another day Puerto Rico is at risk of being without power. This is not a question of oversight or planning, it’s about action. We must pull every lever we have to speed up the pace and improve reliability."
